- Background: I have a degree in PR/Journalism and a minor in music from Concordia University Nebraska.
- Studied Flute: I began playing the flute in the 4th grade. My parents were confused by my musical abilities because I don’t come from a musical family, but my teachers encouraged them to pursue private lessons. I spent many years studying under incredible musicians from Aaron Copland Conservatory, Julliard and Manhattan School of Music, playing in chamber ensembles, pit orchestras and orchestras.
